This year we will be using School Appointments to book times for our Parent/Teacher Conferences. You will need to register on our school’s appointment website in order to book an appointment to meet with your child(ren)’s teacher(s). Please see the directions below on how to register and then book appointment times. Registration does not open until Sunday, November 13th at 9am and will close on Monday, November 23rd at 10pm. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the school.
School Appointments – Parent Instructions
- Go to our school appointments web site
- Register for an account by clicking the “REGISTER” menu tab and filling in the on-line form. Choose a user id and password for yourself and then click the “Register Now” button.
- Add your children into the system by clicking the “Add a Student” button. Click “Insert New” button to add more children.
- Click the “date” icon beside each child’s name to schedule appointments.
- Select the staff you wish to book appointments with. Use the “Ctrl” or “Command” key to select multiple staff to view at the same time.
- Then click the “View Calendars” button.
- Click on available time slots to book your appointments to make your bookings.
Please ensure that you have selected the correct teacher, only one time slot per teacher and recorded the date and time of your interview.
If you are using your cell phone and the site is not working try using a computer or tablet.
Please contact the school if you have any difficulty signing up online.
If there are no suitable interview times open, please email your child’s teacher to schedule another time.
